ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Save button is not available after image upload in CAPP

The save and cancel buttons are not visible when a user attempts to upload an image from the desktop to Publish CAPP.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to save image once it has been uploaded to the tool.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

User creates post in Publish CAPP page > selects to add image by clicking on add media icon > uploads image from computer > image upload process is completed > save action is not present for user to save image to asset library.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save images uploaded from computer to asset library.
