Standard Field Truncated On CSA

Why is Standard field truncated on CSA ?
Customer is having a custom subject area with Contact standard fields.
When doing an analysis on the CSA, one of the fields, Job tittle, is having some values truncated (no more than 30 chars)
When doing an analysis on the standard SA CRM Activity Contact Real time, the field is not truncated.
