After running account assignment, Create account gives ADF_FACES-60097 error

STEPS
-----------------------
To reproduce
1) Create new account, just enter name and click "Save and Continue"
2) Click Team Subtab
3) Click Actions>Run Assignment
4) Hit Save and Close
5) Click Create Account
6) ADF Faces error
