OAC: Data Sync Job Fails With "ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended" (Doc ID 2373143.1)

You are executing a load job but it fails.  In the task log (under <DATASYNC_HOME>/log/<JOB_NAME>.<PROCESS_ID>) you see:

Irrecoverable Error
Running Custom Sql list Delete All Current Data INSTANCE 1

executing sql (Delete curr data from Prod Ship:TARGET)
delete from <schema_name>.<table_name> where <filter>;

"Delete curr data from Prod Ship" failed on "TARGET"
SQL: delete from <schema_name>.<table_name> where <filter>;
Error: MESSAGE:::ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

EXCEPTION CLASS::: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException

Execution of custom sql file failed.
