Fusion Global HR: Cannot Edit Pending Workers Hire Date (Doc ID 2373362.1)

Goal

As per current functionality, when we add a pending worker we provide a 'Proposed Start Date' for that pending worker as an employee. Thereafter when we are editing the 'Pending Worker' details we don't have any option to change to the 'Proposed Start Date'.
Using 'Manage Work relationship' we can modify the 'Hire Date' of the Pending worker to a past date before the 'Proposed Start Date' but not beyond that date.
However while converting the 'Pending Worker' to 'Employee' using 'Covert' button we get the option to change the 'Proposed start date', whereas using 'Quick convert' we don't have that option.

The request is, we need to have a option to modify the 'Proposed start date' when we are editing the 'Pending Worker Details' so that we can use 'Quick Convert' option instead of 'Convert' option for conversion.
