Import of Notes on Accounts getting Error in R13 (Doc ID 2373392.1)

Goal

Account and Contact Notes file import process getting below the error.

Error Without Custom fields:

"ZMM-ZMM_BULK_IMPORT_JOIN_1 (ZMM- -1) Details: ZMM-ZMM_BULK_IMPORT_JOIN_1 Cause: The message, ZMM-ZMM_BULK_IMPORT_JOIN_1, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator."

Error With Custom fields:

"An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: Definition CRMODRowId_c of type Attribute is not found in NoteImportJobsVO_NoteImportVO_NoteImportJobsVOToNoteImportVO_NoteImportVO.(RowId).An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: Definition Subject_c of type Attribute is not found in NoteImportJobsVO_NoteImportVO_NoteImportJobsVOToNoteImportVO_NoteImportVO.(Subject)."
