Unable To Update Manager For Employee (Doc ID 2373474.1)

Symptoms



When attempting to update the line manager for the one employee the following error occurs:


PAY-PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG(PAY-1)
PAY_PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG
Cause The message, PAY_PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG, can not be accessed
Action Report this problem to an administrator



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management
2. Search for person number
3. Manage Employment
4. Update
5. Change the Line Manager. Error occurs



3. Please restate how this issue has stopped your production activity.
Is hampering the daily activities of the HR post Production!

4. Please confirm how many users / transactions are impacted by this issue per day.
The HR Specialists of the 15 business units in the 4 legal entities are affected.Each user can handle more than 100 to 150 transactions per day.
