OSC Integration App Not Working (Doc ID 2373568.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Integration

OSC Integration App not working

Sales Cloud App intergration - imports not working. In error state which means no data is flowing into marketing cloud.

Example of one of the errors received on the Get All Schemes – B2B Policies call import

Message - statusCode:500, reasonPhrase:"Internal Server Error", errorMessage:"java.lang.ClassCastException"
