Symptoms

Error when opening the Manager Change transaction for some users

ERROR

Error:- Workflow ServiceEngine requested to SOA Mesh failed. Check the underlying exception. Ensure that the SOA Composite is configured

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opened Manager Change Transaction
Error occurs: WorkflowServiceEngine request to SOA mesh failed..Check the underlying exception. Ensure that the SOA composite is configured correctly. In BPM task shown as assigned.
2. When opening the notification error occurs, different than the initial one: Error occurred while displaying history tree table no time stamp for this error

Errors were reported for other transactions also, termination and resignation included.
