Symptoms

User attempts to log into the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Cloud products, such as Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Enterprise Edition Cloud Service (MFPEECS), or Oracle Retail Assortment Planning Enterprise Edition Cloud Service (APEECS), and after entering the username and password, the screen refreshes with the message "User does not exist or user is locked. Please contact the system administrator."
