Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS) Returns Error "ADF_FACES-60097" And "ADF_FACES-60096" When User Tries To Open Any Reconciliation (Doc ID 2373677.1)

Symptoms

 In ARCS Reconciliations Worklist, you are trying to open any existing reconciliation but receive the following error message.

ERROR
-----------------------
java.lang.NullPointerException

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error
log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception
during PPR, #2

In the AccountReconciliation.log file, you see the following repeated error message.

ERROR
-----------------------

java.lang.Exception: javax.el.ELException: java.lang.NullPointerException

 

Interestingly enough you don't see "ADF_FACES-60097" nor "ADF_FACES-60096" related message in the same AccountReconciliation.log file.
