On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

unable to assign reporting manager to existing Sales Rep user

When customer try to use the Manage Users task and attempt to assign a reporting manager to a Sales Rep User, the reporting manager's name is not available in the reporting to manager search results.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales Manager should be available to be set in Manage Users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Manage Users -> Click on Sales Rep
3. Try to find Sales Manager
4. It cannot be found in the dropdown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admins cannot set sales manager to sales rep and its affecting their project UAT setup for demo.
