WARNING ON REQUEST ASSIGNMENT OF TERRITORIES TO ACCOUNT

Warning on Request Account Assignments job
I'm trying to run the Request Account Assignments job according to Doc ID 2014626.1, but the parent process and all sub-processes return a warning, with most assignment attempts ending up in failure.
Previously, we had one territory dimension set up incorrectly, and that resulted in many accounts being wrongly assigned to it. We have since fixed that problem and manually running the assignment inside each account fixes the problem for that single account, but there are many records that need to be fixed and, as such, we need to re-assign all accounts at once.
The Request Assignments job and all its child sub-processes should complete with success.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Fusion and navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Submit a Request Assignments process.
3. See that it and all sub-processes it end in Warning.
