PBCS: Unable to Add Additional ASO Cubes

Symptoms
I currently have two ASO cubes created in my PBCS application. When I try to create a third cube the Aggregate Storage Option is missing from the drop-down menu.
PBCS should allow up to 7 plan types - 3 BSO and 4 ASO.
