CX Mobile: Error Message During Data Sync When Creating Leads With Associated Products (Doc ID 2374351.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Mobile Application

Getting an error message during data sync for new leads with product details created in cx mobile.


ERROR
-----------------------

Pending sync screen in CX Mobile -> shows a record in the process of being synced and the error below:
Created Lead: Test Lead mar8
(!)Failed to sync Mar 08, 2018
Applying List binding LOV_Description with ...



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create a lead record, add products to it, save. Go to Menu > Pending Sync -> Sync failed and throwed an error message.

Only reproducible when creating sales lead records with products associated to them in CX Mobile. Creating it on SUI and syncing to mobile works fine.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync to the server newly created leads with products.
