Symptoms
User can see accounts that don't belong in the user's territory.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search for accounts
4. The accounts are returned in the search
Due to this issue, user see accounts that don't belong in the user's territory.
