Create IP Reservation failed when space character was used in name though UI did not complain

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User tried creating IP reservations with name "IP Reservation", but the operation failed. This object name has space character.
A space should not be a valid character in the object name and we expect below error:
"Name can contain only alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and underscores. First and last characters cannot be hyphen or underscore."
