Symptoms

After creating a Milestone template on Shipment Object with Status changed event, when executing Milestone Template by OTM, it is giving following exception

[062731] Db_Sequence_Unavailable (sequenceName=MONITOR_AGENT_SEQUENCE)
  java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-02289: sequence does not exist
