RichTextEditor Disabled In ccadmin Clone Environment (Doc ID 2374575.1)

Symptoms

RichTextEditor does not work properly or it is disabled when Storefront.zip is imported to an environment. RickTextEditor page is shown as blank and non editable.

Changes

 Storefront.zip is exported from test environment (original environment) and imported to another sandbox environment (clone environment). Post import RichTextEditor in ccadmin for existing layout does not work properly in clone environment.
