Provide instructions to create a Service Request (SR) to Oracle Taleo Support to obtain additional information or report an issue regarding the Apply With LinkedIn feature introduced in version 17.4.

As the feature is enabled by default (made available for configuration) for all customers in 17.6, this document only pertains to customers that are part of the Early Adopters phase (limited availability) to use it in version 17.4 and 17.5.
