ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue with Phone Types via web service

When you create phones from UI, the PhoneLineType is set to GEN regardless of phone type. When we do get findPerson method, phone line type is set to GEN for a Work Phone.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Phone numbers created from SUI should set the type to work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login To OSC
2. Navigate to Contacts
3. Create new Contact with Phone set as Work
4. Do a get with the WS below -> returns GEN

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Business impact not provided. However, based on priority of the issue, the business impact seems Critical as phone type is not set properly from SUI and this is affecting the way sales rep communicating with their business users.
