Symptoms

While inserting data into DBaaS database, ORA-00600 error is reported as below:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/usdl01p/usdl01p/trace/usdl01p_ora_69825.trc  (incident=55230) (PDBNAME=USDL01P001):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktfbfdfmt-1], [21], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
USDL01P001(3):Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
