Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Absence Transactions
Unable to apply the leave in Production


When trying to apply the leave in Production it is popping up and reload page, after clicking on OK it will go back to home page.

Tried clearing cache and still got the same issues

Click OK to reload the page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee login
2. Apply leave
3. Pop up with message comes out
