Symptoms

When attempting to create associations details for tax cards for Canadian employees,
the following error occurs.




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll Calculation > Manage Calculation Cards > search for a CA employee > open the Federal and Provincial Returns card > Edit > Update or Correct/ add associations details
2. Error occurs.
