Scheduled process 'Reclassify Billing Offset Balances' will not run - Error received on Submi

On 'Submit' receive 'Error' with no details.
Result is the same whether scheduling the process or submitting for immediate processing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Path: Scheduled Processes
Process name: Reclassify Billing Offset Balances
Parameters:
Business Unit = US Trading BU
Accounting Period = Mar-18
Generate Success Report = Yes
