Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing an XER, the process hangs before the XER import process begins.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect XER to be able to be imported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Pro.
2. Attempt to import XER.
3. Process will hang before import process starts.
