"Error Failed to load PDF document" When Previewing a Business Process Record

Symptoms

All users receiving the following error message when trying to perform a print preview of a Business Process (BP) record, in the PDF format, in any shell, any BP or Record.

"Error Failed to load PDF document"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell > Business Processes > Choose the Business Process > Open any BP record > Click File > Print Preview > PDF... > Click OK > Receive error noted above.
  3. This can also be replicated in a Standard View by highlighting the BP record > Tools icon > Print Preview > PDF > OK.  
  4. Depending the browser and settings, the PDF preview window will open and display the error, or the file can be saved, but not opened.
