Oracle Social is not Loading from Fusion Application Social Link, Instead a Blank Page is Displayed Even After the iFrame Patch is Applied

On Oracle Social Network (OSN) Release 12, when accessing Oracle Social Network via Sales Cloud using Chrome (Browser Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 official build 64-bit), the iFrame displays only a plain white page.
Accessing from FireFox (FF) or Internet Explorer (IE) throws a security iFrame error.
When accessing OSN outside of Sales Cloud the object conversations load.
The patch to fix for iFrame issue is applied.
Users do have FA PersonID and Employee role.
Following are the errors observed.
