Symptoms
Registration Product and Service Error
External Supplier Registration gives error when selecting Products and Services.
This occurs for all or any codes selected.
Code is added when selected, but error is given.
Error is not fatal as the code is actually added and the registration can be progressed to submission.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to External Supplier Registration URL.
2. Enter required information and progress to Products and Services train stop.
3. On 'Register Supplier: Products and Services', click on Select and Add.
4. Select Category and get reported error.
