Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Salary Grade at the individual job does not match grade in Grade table
When user use the various subject areas to return the Salary grade of an employee in their job, the wrong min-mid-max returns.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Min-mid-max should return the correct values.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build a custom OTBI on salary grades
2. Report results incorrect min-mid-max
