Cannot Log In to Self Service Mobile Apps

In Release 13, one of the released features is the mobile app.
However users cannot log in and encounter an error.
Contact the administrator for help.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in as user to Self Service Mobile Apps.
2. Get the reported error.
