How To Change Display Language In My Services/My Account

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This document describes how to change the display language in My Services and My Account (for traditional cloud account) page in Oracle Cloud.
During looking into an issue via Service Request, you're often requested to take screenshots of these WebUI. At that time, the screenshots displayed in English is more effective to resolve the issue than ones taken in local language (Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, etc...), as we're working through issues in collaboration of engineers world-wide.
