BIP Email Bursting With Multiple Attachments (Doc ID 2376226.1)

Goal

Email bursting is not working as expected

Customer Requirement is that manager should get the data of his subordinates in a single mail with multiple attachments as many as his subordinates.

Split by : Custom object "Record Id"

Deliver by : "ManagerEmail" (this column stores the id of the manager)

But this is not delivering any emails and the report job is successfully completed without any error.

However, if we use both split by and deliver by as "ID" then the emails are getting delivered properly but the manager gets the multiple emails instead of one email.

How to setup the bursting so that multiple files are attached in the same email ?
