Oracle Cloud at Customer: Failed to Upload Custom Image from the Cloud Portal UI Because the System Persists that the Password is Incorrect (Doc ID 2376229.1)

Symptoms

When you sign in to the Compute Classic console, click the Images tab and then Upload Image, a popup window requires the IDCS password for the logged-in user.

However, the system continues to say that the password is incorrect even if you know this password is valid. See following error picture.
