Symptoms

 You have migrated from BICS to OAC as per the instructions in OAC: Migrating To And From Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), when trying to open any of the migrated analyses this error is displayed:

[nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. [[
[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 12154, message: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified at OCI call OCIServerAttach.
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed:
