No Email Notification Received when the User is Added to OSN via Invitation to OSN Conversation while the Conversation is Being Created

On Oracle Social Network (OSN), when a new outside/external user is added to OSN via conversation invite during the creation of the conversation, the new user does not receive the initial invitation email, however it is noticed that the Daily digest is received.

External collaboration is/was configured with the new users domain prior to the addition into the conversation.
