Activity Advanced Search Failed

When the user goes to Activities advanced search and is searching using:
- Activity Equals Appointment
- Record Set Equals All records I can see
- Show Equals Open
- Date Between 01.01.2018 00:00 - 31.01.2018 23:59
An error message is raised ORA-56720 I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted
Due to this issue the user is not able to perform the advanced search using those settings.
