We Need To See Everything In Calendar

Customer would like the users to have an interface similar with Appointment subtab in Activities where the users will be able to see all the Appointments and all the Tasks they have for that day.
The issue is only Appointments are showing on the subtab but they need for Salesrep to record everything as a to-do list on the calendar so managers can see what their days look like.
Is it possible to achieve this feature?
