Symptoms

When attempting to assign a user a resource role called 'Contract Administrator' , the following error occurs.

ERROR
Java.Lang.null pointer exception


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create user in Security Console or import using Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud's HDL process.
2. Go to Manage Users and query on the user
3. Try to assign a resource role, the error occurs
