Symptoms

Unable to Select Current Period in Configure Application Settings - Unlock All Locations

Period FEB18 has been set up in Global Mapping and Application Mapping. However, when users go to Configure>Application Settings > Unlock All Locations (B), this period is not available for selection in the Period LOV
