Engagement Cloud: Not able to modify Response word to a different value under SR->Messages->Compose->Response

In the Details layout of Service Request OoTB object, on Messages sub-tab, there is a Compose button which has the following options:
- Customer Entry
- Internal Note
For the latest one customer would like to change the label.
