Inventory History Export interface does not correctly export inventory movements

In Chain we currently have an integration for the Change SKU transaction, which is done in WMS and reflects in the inventory history the activity code 17 - Inventory Adjusted post verification with Screen Name Moving between Items, these movements must be exported by the Inventory History Export interface and based on the information from the inventory_history element (2 elements must be generated per transaction), the integration makes two movements in the Chain ERP (1 input and 1 output).

Today a user reports that the process was performed correctly, but that in Metrics the inventory was only incremented for the target reference and not decremented for the reference source. When validating the case, it is found that in the IHTHGN1CADENACDBPO000017736102.xml file, only one inventory_history element was sent with the inventory increment in the destination reference (seq_nbr=2, item_code=T8.02.000178 and adj_qty=2) and the decrement was not sent. corresponding inventory for the destination reference (seq_nbr=1, item_code=T8.02.000179 and adj_qty=-2).
