Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email is not generating for Approval to Line Manger, all other emails are triggering as expected like when withdrawn or sent back for correction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect email to be generated for Approval to Line Manger.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Complete a transaction in compensation
