Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Territories are not available in SUI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that Territories to be available in SUI as well

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Territories
2.This opens in Classic UI and there is no option to toggle between SUI and Classic UI
