Goal

OSC Screen Does Not Show up When Creating/Composing New Email via Gmail

a) When creating/composing new email via Gmail, the Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) screen does not show up.

Notes:
When opening an old email, the Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) screen shows up.

b) When creating a new Calendar via Gmail Web
The Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) screen does not show up.

c) When creating a new Event via Gmail Web
The Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) screen does not show up.
