Generic System Error When Attempting to Open a Company Sponsored Shells Log (Doc ID 2377410.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to a Shell log, a generic Unifier system error is thrown and a processing wheel spins continuously.

ERROR
-----------------------

The following error is seen in the Unifier user interface:

The system could not process your request see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The following error is seen in the Unifier.log file:

[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR Target.Exception ~-595011642117793476~ unifier:/shell/log/search throws an exception at file:///shell/action.xml:604: ~
file:///shell/action.xml:604: java.lang.RuntimeException: Undefined model: us_xcin_view


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Proxy as an Admin user.
3. Company Workspace --> Company Sponsored Shells
4. Click a Shell Name
5. Observe the error.
