Symptoms

The strtojavadate() results in a runtime error:

ERROR: the date string "xx/xx/xxxx" cannot be converted to date object with "MM/dd/yyyy"

The function strtojavadate() is used without giving a time zone and if one of the contributing time zones uses daylight savings time.

Changes

 A time zone starts using daylight savings time.
