UK: Unable To End Open Ended Absence (Doc ID 2377871.1)

Symptoms

Employee has an open ended absence starting 02/10/17. When the manager tried to enter an end date of 20/11/17 get the error.:

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot save or submit the absence because the entitlement formula is returning certifications with no dates or dates outside the absence dates.(ANC - 34005166)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee add open ended absence
2. Manager tried to enter an end date
3. Error occur
