Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Unable to create Payroll flow via Submit flow method in PBL Automation Webservice

> We are creating element entries via PBL Automation process. Following are the steps that we follow,

1) Load content into UCM container.
This is successfully achieved.

2)Load and Transfer batch
We are using a Transformational formula parameter to convert the input file data.

If the Transformational formula parameter is added in payload, then the payroll flow is not getting created. If the parameter is removed then the payroll flow is getting generated but actual requirement is not attained due to lack of formula.

Kindly provide us solution for the issue along with sample payload and other debug methodologies if any.

> Details on the situation:

Our requirement is to load time card details from Kronos system into HCM cloud via PBL automation webservice.

Please find the below steps.

1) We are trying to load the file into UCM container using below endpoint. This step is successful, I am able to load the file into UCM container through this endpoint.
https://eglz-dev2.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/idcws/GenericSoapPort
Attachment-UCM Container Payload

2) We are trying to do "Load and Transfer Batch" using submitflow method in FlowActionService. Below is the corresponding endpoint.
https://eglz-dev2.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com:443/hcmProcFlowCoreController/FlowActionsService
Attachment-Load and Transfer Payload

3)Check the status of the load and transfer batch in Payroll Administration-->Submit a Process or Report-->US Legislative Data Group-->Transfer Batch page. Payroll Flow pattern, Batch Id are the input values.

Issue:
If the formula relater parameters are given, like below,

  Transformation Formula
  CH_KRONOS_TIMESHEET_FF

Then we are unable to see the payroll flow pattern or batch id in Payroll Administration-->Submit a Process or Report-->US Legislative Data Group-->Transfer Batch.

In the payload if the formula related parameters are not given, then we are able to successfully see the payroll flow pattern in
Payroll Administration-->Submit a Process or Report-->US Legislative Data Group-->Transfer Batch

Cause of the Issue:
If the Load an Transfer batch is executed manually from Payroll Administration-->Submit a payroll Flow-->US Legislative Data Group--->Load and Transfer Batch then we are able to successfully submit the process. We could see the corresponding payroll flow name and batchid in Payroll Administration-->Submit a Process or Report-->US Legislative Data Group-->Transfer Batch

We beleive that in the webservice call, Transformation Formula related parameters should be placed in right tags. Kindly validate our payload and also provide us a sample payuload which will contain Transformation formula related parameters or tags.
