On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer needs to display a concatenation of First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name for some fields in CRM.
Currently, any reference to a user account (Owner fields, Teams Member item, etc.) displays a concatenation of First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The customer want to display only First Name and Last Name.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.access Resource Directory-> see Resource name
2.access Opportunity -> see Owner
3.access Opportunity Team Member -> see Name
4.access Account Owner -> see Owner
